Lotusphere 08


It's official. I'm signed up.

Booked my usual room at the Dolphin. I'm getting in earlier this year, because I'm sick of missing the beginning of the B.A.L.D. festivities on Saturday. So I've got a reservation from Friday 1/18 thru Saturday 1/26.

Hope to see you there. It's a big year for Lotus, this is not the time to miss Lotusphere...

1 - I noticed Bruce Elgort's posting of this yesterday. When I got home, my wife said she had a surprise for me. She booked us at the Beach Club again on hopes we can attend our 4th in a row. Sent the requet to boss yesterday too.
Fingers crossed on all fronts.

4 - @3 B.A.L.D. = Bloggers Annual Lotusphere Dinner. I coined the term and acronym on this blog last year. Saturday night before the conference at the brew pub on the Boardwalk. Be there or, um, be somewhere else...

@2 Yay! Not sure when I'll get in, but I'm sure I'll be camped out in the Dolphin bar sooner or later. See you there!

@1 Now that's a nice wife. Very cool. Remind the boss that Notes 8 is a whole paradigm shift, and this is the most important Lotusphere since 1999. Really.

5 - @4 Wife is a huge Disney fan and she likes this trip.
It seems it will be more difficult than ever to schedule sessions. Need to balance Notes 8 content with things I can use straight away. I fear our upgrade plan is still a ways away. I see there will be two opening sessions like the old days. I wonder if they'll sell out this year? Boss better not hesitate on the decision this year.
