Lotusphere Plans
Ok, I can't imagine anyone really cares about this, but everyone else is doing it, so (and yes, Mom, if everyone else jumped off a bridge...):
My scheduled for the Sphere goes something like this. I get in on Saturday, landing at 2:30 in theory (Ben Poole's wiki will have my room # at the Dolphin once I check in - my cell's already there). I'll be at the blogger dinner at the brewery (Big River Grill) on the Boardwalk Saturday night at 6, then at the annual TurtleFest at ESPN sometime around 8.
Sunday I'll be watching the Patriots-Steelers AFC Championship, but I don't know where yet - maybe ESPN, maybe the Sunday night beach party if Lotus provides TVs. But there's some superstition at work here, because the last time the Pats played the Steelers in an AFC Championship game, I was at The Sphere and I watched the game in my hotel room. The Pats won that time. So I may have to repeat that 'cause I'm pretty superstitious when it comes to sports.
Tuesday morning I'll be at the Certification Breakfast. I'll also be at the BOFs on blogging and OpenNTF. Other than that, I'm not gonna list individual sessions I'll be attending (Duffbert, you *must* be a masochist to give that out). My evening plans are pretty non-existent after Sunday and I don't leave until Friday morning, so if anybody wants to grab dinner some night just ping me (Dr Joan is staying home this year, so otherwise I'll be eating alone...*sniff*). I may or may not go to the Wednesday night party, because I'm not a huge "ride" fan, but if everyone else goes I guess I'll tag along (there's that theme again)...

I'll even hug a tree or two (or a bunny if we see one) to make you feel at home.
