Bondus Interruptus

Ok, so I like to say "Interruptus." It applies, though. Really.

My wife and I went to the movies on Saturday night. We went to the nearby megaplex, with something like 16 theaters in one building. We wanted to see The Departed, about South Boston, cops, the FBI, and mobsters, but it was sold out. So instead we went to see the new James Bond movie, "Casino Royale." As you've undoubtedly read in other places, this is a really great Bond movie. Despite being considerably rougher around the edges and with hardly any gadgets to speak of, changes that add to the movie rather than detracting because this is supposed to be Bond's first case as a Double-O, it manages to capture the Bond experience perfectly. Or at least the first 1:15 of it does. I can't tell you how it ends, because I don't know. Our theater was evacuated due to a fire alarm. We waited around long enough to get free passes for another night and see the gas company's truck pull up, but we still have no idea why the alarm went off. There were hundreds of people wandering around, lots of lights flashing, and your basic total chaos. Inconvenient and annoying, not to mention disappointing, but bizarre enough to be funny.

In any event, the first 1:15 of "Casino Royale" is really good. Other than that? You tell me...

2 - Flipping through space I discovered a McDonagh with a interesting profile, thought I'd say hi from one McDonagh to an adopted McDonagh. Interesting that you would select such a Great Name as McDonagh, do share the story of how you decided to choose McDonagh. I to was a dedicated Organizing Dem until I almost reached the top & did'nt like what I heard or saw within the UAW. Now I realize there's nothing like Business for ones self.

Your Choosen last name comes from a wonderful town in Ireland named the same, McDonagh, Ireland.

Happy Holidays to you & your Family and may the moon & stars be glowing when you redeem your theater passes.
